Our company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing new customers and expanding some of existing customers' business in European market and US market.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics as well as superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role in flooring industry will be an advantage.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Generating leads.

Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

Take care of customer claims.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Sales Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.

Experience in sales in flooring industry.

Good at make planning and execution.

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

A commitment to excellent customer service.
